Q. When is the deadline for exhibitor applications\uff1f<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n

A. Applications are open until the end of November 2025. However, we may close applications earlier if all spaces become fully booked. Conversely, if spaces remain available after this date, we will continue to accept applications.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        1. After you submit your application form, we will propose potential locations. The contract will be officially concluded once you approve the location.<\/li>\r\n\t

          1. We will issue an invoice promptly after the contract is established. In principle, the payment deadline is the end of the month following the invoice issuance. Please make your payment by bank transfer to our account. Please note that payments must be made in Japanese yen.<\/li>\r\n\t
