Visa
Q: Do I need a visa to enter Japan?
A: It depends on your nationality. We recommend checking with the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in advance.
Q: Can you issue an invitation letter?
A: Invitation letters can be downloaded from your My Page after completing visitor pre-registration. Please note that we do not issue Guarantee Letters for visitors.
Seminars
Q: How can I participate in seminars?
A: After completing visitor pre-registration, you can reserve your desired program in advance via My Page. Please note that exhibitor seminars do not require reservations. You can attend them directly at the venue.
Q: Can I participate in seminars on the day of the event?
A: Even if a session is marked "Full," walk-ins may be accepted if seats are available on the day. Please visit the venue directly if interested. (Attendance is not guaranteed.)
Q: How can I cancel a seminar reservation?
A: You can cancel your reserved seminar via My Page. Follow these steps:
- Go to Seminar Reservation → Change Reservation.
- Uncheck the box for the seminar you wish to cancel.
- Click Proceed to Confirmation Screen → Send to complete the cancellation process.

Visiting the Event
Q: Is pre-registration required?
A: Yes, pre-registration is mandatory. You can complete pre-registration on the official website. Click here for pre-registration.
Q: Is there an admission fee?
A: Admission is free.
Q: How can I receive my visitor badge after pre-registration?
A: After completing visitor pre-registration, you can download your visitor badge from My Page. Please print the badge and bring it to the venue. If you forget to bring it to the venue with you, you can reprint it or re-register at the venue, but this may take additional time.
Q: I cannot log in to My Page. What should I do?
A: Please double-check your ID and password for any errors. Note that your ID is a 10-digit alphanumeric code provided in the confirmation email after registration, not your email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the link "Forgot your password? Click here", which you can find under the "Login" button.
